Chris has worked in IT for most of his career, initially within the mobile communications industry. He joined Panasonic Toughbook UK 12 years ago and quickly moved into key account management working across a variety of vertical sectors including Field Service, FMCG, Retail, Defence and more recently Utilities, Oil & Telco. Last year Chris was promoted to Key Territory Manager for the UK and Ireland TOUGHBOOK Group.

Kevin has held board director and various senior management positions, in multinational companies, predominately in the electronics and electronic communications sectors, specialising in manufacturing operations, service and sales environments. Kevin joined Panasonic in 2004 and is currently the Managing Director of Mobile Solutions Business Division Europe (MSBDEU). Since becoming MD, Kevin has overseen an expansion in TOUGHBOOK engineering, design and customisation capabilities along with huge investment in after sales & service. In 2018 Kevin was instrumental in the introduction of TOUGHBOOK-As-A-Service (TAAS), our subscription based payment model.

In his ‘spare’ time, Kevin enjoys spending time with his family, gardening, swimming and watching sport.

Tetsuya “Ted” Fujiwara

Ted joined Panasonic in 1986 and has in-depth understanding and extensive skills in sales, strategic planning and human resource management for the B2B business sectors during his 33 years career.

Since October 2015, he is responsible for the further growth of Panasonic’s CNS (Connected Solutions) overseas sales in the role of Managing Director. He was responsible for driving sales development at PSSAP (Panasonic System Solutions Asia Pacific) in Singapore until March 2018, then transferred to Wiesbaden, Germany in April 2018 to lead the B2B product sales and solution business development in Europe as the Managing Director of PSCEU. He has improved internal work optimization and external customer touchpoint management with passion.

John Harris

John’s first field IT project commenced with 6 elevator engineers in 1996, since then he has been involved in the successful delivery of multimillion pound, complex field IT Projects to thousands of field workers to customers such as British Telecom, British Gas, ENEL, Daimler, EasyJet and Airbus. Working with everything from PDA’s to Tablets, GPS to RFID and SMS to SMSC, Johns expertise is in the innovative and realistic way to apply technology to reduce costs and improve productivity, creating real business benefit. John Has a Masters Degree in Data Communications from Kingston University and is currently responsible for the Global R&D Effort specifically looking at how technology can solve real world problems and add value to our customers business.

Jon is the GM of Engineering, Solutions, Quality and Project Management for Europe. During his 21 years with Panasonic, Jon has gained extensive experience working as the technical lead in the deployment of mobile technology solutions with some of Panasonic Toughbook’s largest customers, including British Gas, BT, Iveco and Ford. With a software engineering background, Jon has held a variety of operational and service management positions with Panasonic and for the past year has headed up the European team in a variety of disciplines. He is now General Manager of Solutions Development and Implementation

Nick Miller

Nick has worked in the rugged computing space since graduating from University in 2013. Having initially looked after the field service and manufacturing sectors for TOUGHBOOK, he is now responsible for the Utilities sector in the UK. Nick has experience in large scale mobile deployments and has had significant exposure to vehicle docking based projects.

Jeff Kilford worked in Intel IT for 25 years in a variety of leadership roles spanning client, server and applications development. In 2018 he moved from Director of EMEA IT to lead Intel’s Client Compute Group in the UK. Jeff is a senior subject matter expert on IT strategy, specialising in client fleet management and cloud strategy.

Joanne and her team have ensured that the Windows 10 deployment and associated Evergreen processes have worked as seamlessly as possible.  She’s also an active campaigner for gender diversity in her organisation and an energetic member of the Centrica Women’s Network. Joanne is passionate about development and has launched two mentoring programmes in Centrica. Her passion makes her feel empowered and this drives her actions to make the workplace better for current and future generations. Joanne is also a mentor to a number of people in her organisation.

Adam Williams

Since graduating with a PhD in Physics, Adam has had roles spanning multiple engineering domains; from designing and fabricating silicon transistor devices for use in disease detection to writing algorithms (C++) for fast 3D geometric computations for uses in CAD applications.

Adam joined Panasonic in early 2019 as a Systems Developer, joining the newly formed TOUGHBOOK Solutions team in Cardiff.  Adam’s primary focus within this team has been application development within the MCL environment.  Since joining, Adam has been instrumental in creating a suite of demo applications to demonstrate the customisability, flexibility and agility of the TOUGHBOOK Solutions approach; as well as several customer Proof-Of-Concept applications and bespoke applications to support the digitalisation of in-house Panasonic auditing processes.

Rachael has been with Panasonic for five years and is now part of the European Product Marketing team. Based in the Configuration and Service Centre in Cardiff, Rachael has over 10 years’ technical marketing experience through previous roles within the aerospace industry and laser systems.

Tom joined the TV division of Panasonic Manufacturing UK Ltd in Cardiff as a design engineer over 20 years ago. After 14 years, he moved over into the TOUGHBOOK in 2012 as Project Implementation Engineer, supporting production and configuration to fulfil bespoke customer solutions. For the last 3 years Tom has held a Solutions Engineering role, managing technical relationships with our strategic hardware and software solution partners. Most recently Tom has been responsible for the development of vehicle docking solutions for new product releases from a global perspective.

He specialises in Microsoft technologies, assisting customers with Windows deployments, and implementing inTune/Autopilot cloud deployments.
